Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ea7.club, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ea7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ea7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ea7 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ea7 platform and close your account.

ea7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, ea7 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address on your account or via a site-wide notification. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All correspondence, notices, and formal communications between ea7 and Players shall be conducted in English.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Age Restriction and Eligibility

To register and use the ea7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using an online gambling platform of this nature is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ea7 or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of ea7 or any of its software or payment partners.

Age Verification

ea7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or if any suspicious activity pattern is detected. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any balance held pending review.

Where ea7 discovers, at any stage, that a registered account is held by a person under 18 years of age, that account will be permanently closed, all bonuses will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage use.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and financial services on ea7, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. ea7 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information submitted by the Player. If your personal details change after registration — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you are obligated to update your account information promptly via Account Settings or by contacting support.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ea7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ea7 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ea7 support immediately. ea7 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access that arises from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their own credentials.

One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one ea7 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided in full.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• The primary account may also be reviewed and may be subject to temporary suspension pending investigation.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ea7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts with open bets, pending bonus wagering, or pending withdrawal requests cannot be closed until those transactions are resolved. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

ea7 operates a BDT-native payment system. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees and no transaction charges applied by ea7 on any supported payment method.

Supported Payment Methods

ea7 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players across Bangladesh:

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. ea7 will provide notice of any permanent removal of a payment method via email or site notification. Temporary unavailability of a specific method due to maintenance or third-party issues does not constitute a breach of these Terms by ea7.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by ea7, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your ea7 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. ea7 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ea7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending review.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts, 24 hours maximum.
• Rocket and Upay: Within 1–3 hours for verified accounts.
• Bank Transfer: Within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 3–5 business days.

All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account (KYC complete). ea7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 or where unusual betting patterns are identified. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, unless alternative arrangements are approved by ea7's compliance team.

Currency and Transaction Records

A full transaction history — including all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonus credits, and bonus debits — is available in your ea7 account dashboard under Transaction History. Records are maintained for a minimum of five years in accordance with standard financial recordkeeping practices.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

ea7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, all bonus funds credited to your ea7 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement represents the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be turned over as real-money wagers before a withdrawal of any associated winnings can be requested.

For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and time limit for each promotion are stated on the promotion detail page.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all game types contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates for ea7 bonus wagering are as follows (specific promotions may vary):

• Crash Games and Fishing Games: 50% contribution
• Live Casino — Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette: 10% contribution

Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time limit specified on the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account balance automatically. Any winnings generated from expired bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will also be voided at the time of expiry.

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

ea7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit ("bonus hedging"), using automated software or betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and collusion with other players to circumvent promotional conditions. Where bonus abuse is identified, ea7 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were generated through abusive behaviour.

VIP Program Terms

The ea7 VIP loyalty program comprises four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative qualifying wager volume within a rolling calendar period. VIP cashback, tier bonuses, and personal account manager access are awarded at ea7's discretion in accordance with the current VIP Program terms, which are published separately on the ea7 VIP page. ea7 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, reward rates, and benefits at any time with 14 days' notice to affected members.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ea7 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fishing arcade titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. ea7 curates its game library exclusively from established, certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe, among others. Each provider's games are independently tested for random number generation integrity and published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

Random Number Generation

All casino game outcomes on ea7 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) algorithms. No ea7 employee, agent, or system has the ability to influence or predict the outcome of any casino game. The integrity of each game's RNG is the sole responsibility of the game provider, and ea7 does not warrant or represent any specific outcome or RTP for any individual gaming session.

Sports Betting Rules

Pre-match and in-play sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by ea7's Sports Betting Rules, published separately on the sports section of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the result as determined by ea7's official data provider shall be final. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game or system malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or display errors that result in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect display of winnings — ea7 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. ea7 shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a game or technical malfunction.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ea7 regarding a game outcome, bonus settlement, or payment, the Player must contact ea7 support within 30 days of the disputed event. ea7 will investigate the dispute and respond within 5 business days. All disputes are subject to review by ea7's compliance team, and the decision of that team shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

ea7 maintains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers without manual human involvement.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game, payment system, or platform feature for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to ea7.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the ea7 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated action designed to manipulate game or sports betting outcomes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ea7 support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Creating or operating more than one ea7 account.
• Using the platform for commercial purposes, resale, or any activity other than personal recreational gaming.

Account Suspension and Termination

ea7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law. In the event of account termination for cause, any balance remaining on the account after deduction of voided bonuses and any recoverable funds will be reviewed by ea7's compliance team. Legitimate unbonus-affected real-money balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days of the completion of the compliance review, unless the funds are subject to a freeze order from a competent authority.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ea7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ea7 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if ea7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, ea7 specifically excludes liability for:

• Losses arising from network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or interruptions to internet infrastructure in Bangladesh or internationally.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's voluntary decision to continue gambling despite activating responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or session reminders.
• Losses arising from incorrect personal information submitted by the Player that delays or prevents a withdrawal.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any banking partner.
• Any tax liability the Player may incur in their jurisdiction as a result of gambling winnings.

ea7's total aggregate liability to any individual Player — across all claims and causes of action — shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ea7 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ea7 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party right while using the ea7 platform.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ea7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
